Honey Mustard Chicken

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, we often forget the importance of eating dinner together as a family. I will be posting some reasons why that is so important as well as make-ahead-meal Ideas to make this task possible! My book, “Girlfriends on the Go”, gives you tips on how to make-ahead and freeze meals, and ways to make life easier in that area. There are many recipes for you to try, but I will be posting new recipes that I have found that freeze well also. Whether you freeze them or not, they will make great, simple meals so you can spend your extra time with your family!
Honey Mustard Chicken
6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Family size can cream of chicken soup
½ Bottle of Paul Newman’s Lighten up Honey Mustard Dressing
1 Bag baby carrots
If freezing, see directions below, otherwise, mix together soup and dressing. Pour over chicken and carrots in a crock-pot. Cook low 6-8 hours. The chicken will fall apart! Break chicken in smaller pieces and serve over noodles or rice.
Serve with breadsticks and a salad!
Try it and let me know how you like it!
