For a moment, I was Shirley . . .

If you know Shirley Bahlman, unusual and unique experiences are the norm for her. She is a magnet for interesting people and stories. She is also very outgoing and probably, like Will Rogers, never met a person she didn't like. Well, for a moment last April, I took a deep breath and put on my Shirley Bahlman Personna, and you can read the result in a post on my blog, about shoes and books:

How funny to scroll down and see my face in a place I didn't put it! Janet, your description is hilarious! I feel like Alice on the other side of the looking glass seeing how someone else sees me. I love the fact that putting yourself out there got a book sale and more talk about you buzzing in Ohio! You're a national author, girl.

Well, it's out of character for me to be so bold, but it worked. I am always inspired by your outgoing nature and the way you are so open to new people and experiences. So - I hope I have more moments like these in the future!
